Site C Clean Energy Project: Permitting under the Navigation Protection Act
TyPlan prepared all relevant Navigation Protection Act (NPA) work packages and notice of work forms (application requirements under the NPA), which came in to force in April of 2014. The work packages included the following:
- Work Package 1: Dam site construction
- Work Package 2: Vegetative clearing and debris management
- Work package 3: Halfway river debris boom
- Work Package 4: Highway 29 bridge replacements (Five separate bridge assessments)
- Work Package 5: Earth Berk construction
- Work Package 6: Transmission line
All packages were compiled in accordance with the recently released permitting requirements under the Navigation Protection Act (NPA).
